Riverside Park

608-364-2929 The crown jewel of Beloit is Riverside Park, located on the banks of the Rock River. The park buzzes with activity all through the year, but it really comes alive during summer with Beloit Riverfest, Music at Harry’s Place, Dancin’ at Harry’s Place, and the Fourth of July Festival. In addition, this 23-acre park is home to famous Turtle Island Playground; Beloit River Walk, a 3.5 mile paved walk-bike path around the Rock River; the Harry C. Moore Pavilion; and the Rotary River Center. Paddle boats and tandem bicycles are available for rent. The park also features fishing, ice skating on the lagoon, two picnic shelters, play equipment, lighted tennis courts, concessions and restrooms. With a lookout tower, tree house, and a shipwreck, Turtle Island is a fun-filled adventure playland for children. Open sunrise to sunset, daily, April through October. Rotary River Center 1160 Riverside Drive, Beloit 608-362-2890 Riverside Park The Rotary River Center is a beautiful 3,000 sq. ft. facility that overlooks the scenic Rock River. It is the perfect setting for events of all kinds and can be rented year round for public and private events. It is located at Riverside Park and has ample parking space, seating for 120 and a maximum capacity for 266. We are thrilled to spotlight our award winning riverfront. Over twenty years ago we dreamed of and committed to enhancing and animating the 720plus acres of beautiful river frontage that our city center is situated along. Mission accomplished. Today we gather regularly at the riverfront to enjoy music, celebrate special events and to participate in countless recreational activities.
